Every Seamatch guest is paired with a dedicated specialist — one human, one point of contact, throughout the holiday.

Before booking. Share a short brief through the website and your concierge will be in touch within a few hours, typically the same day. Replies come from a personal email — not a queue.

During planning. Email or WhatsApp, at your pace. Your concierge will refine the proposal as many times as needed, adjust the itinerary, brief the charter partner on any preference and personally confirm provisioning.

On board. Your concierge remains reachable for the entire duration of the holiday. For any change of plan, request or quiet question — one message is enough.
